first time clients
We kindly ask new clients to take a one-time $20 deposit when making an appointment to prevent no-shows. The deposit goes directly to whatever service you are getting, thank you!
no shows
No-shows WILL result in a charge of 100% of the service. If you cannot make it, please call and cancel at least 24 hours before.
cancelation policy
We respectfully require at least a day before notice if you need to cancel or change any service appointments. if you forget or cancel your appointment without a day's notice, please understand that this will result in a charge. Appointments canceled the day of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled services.
late arrival policy
If you are running behind, please let us know so that we can make adjustments to the appointment book. Customers that go over 15 minutes with no notice will be considered a no-show.
group cancelation policy
for groups booking appointments, such as wedding parties, will require a credit card to be put on file. Also, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for any cancelations, time changes, and service changes. Canceling this kind of appointment without giving 72 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount per guest. if a member of the group is a no-show, this will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount of that member. Please understand that larger bookings take a great deal of scheduling and planning and notifying us well in advance if you need to change your appointment dates is greatly appreciated!
